Regular registration deadlines:

Early: payable by 15 February 2018;

Normal: payable by 15 May 2018;

Late/on-site: payable 4 June 2018

Terms and conditions

Liability: The DF18 organiser will not accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by delegates or accompanying persons, or loss of, or damage to their personal property as a result of the conference or related events. In the event of industrial disruption or other unforeseen circumstances, the conference organiser accepts no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delegates. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance, along with travel insurance.

Insurance: The DF18 organiser cannot be responsible for healthcare, dental and ambulance services during its conferences or events. The DF18 organiser strongly recommends that participants take out comprehensive medical and travel insurance, which should cover the possibility of flight cancellation due to strikes and other causes as this is not included in the registration fee. The DF18 organiser and its local co-organisers accept no responsibility of any nature whatsoever for personal injury, death, loss or damage to property or participants however caused or arising.

Cancellation information: Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise the DF18 Secretariat of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the DF18 Secretariat immediately. Provided written notice is received by 31 March 2018, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by 27 April 2018, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after 27 April 2018, or for no-shows at the conferences, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.In the unlikely event that ICC shall deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. ICC shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.

Your Payment Deadline is: 7 days after booking

Please note that all unpaid bookings may be deleted after payment deadline without any notice. All refunds will be made after the Conference within two months.

Photography, audio and video recording: The DF18 is held in a public space thus photographs and videos may be taken. The organisers do not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, news organisations and other companies from photographing or video- or audiotaping some Conference activities. Participants agree that ICC may use images and videos taken by the organiser and/or participants at the Conference in material for dissemination purposes (e.g. publications, website, etc)

Other terms: By registering for DF18, relevant details will be incorporated into a participant list. Normally this information would be: name, surname, institution, country and email address. These details may also be available for parties directly related to the DF18, including the venues and accommodation providers. The Conference Organisers may use these details to inform participants of conference updates or future events via email.

The DF18 reserve the right to change any part of the event programme if necessary at any time.
